Bottom-Up Application Redesign
The client had a first-generation call assistant application, which was hemorrhaging customers once it was time to extend their contract. Product and Design collaborated to build a complete overhaul of the application in a way that puts the user first and increases adoption throughout customers’ organizations.
Communications Quality Assurance Application Redesign
Our oldest customer-care Quality-Assurance (QA) application was built as a bundled add-on, but never thought of as a primary product. As customer demand for a robust QA application drove up the application's profile, the deficits were more apparent, and it became clear that we needed to rip up the old system and start again. UX and Product designed a first-in-the-industry quality-assurance application.
Interactive Table Design for a Telecom's Experience Store
The client, a leading foreign telecom, approached the team with the desire to create an Apple-like end-to-end in-store experience for key markets in their country. The store was meant to highlight their devices and plans via a set of interactive 'experience tables' and wall displays, as well as having staff on hand to answer any questions or take transactions.
A Major Automaker Disrupts Its Own Vehicle Search
As part of a major brand overhaul, this well-known automaker wanted to disrupt its own online car shopping experience.
During design discovery, UX identified an unmet need: Giving customers a way to configure AND source their dream car online. As a result, we built an Inventory Tracker to integrate with the retail experience. What follows is a story of design-thinking strategy, and what to do when customers don’t quite know what they want.
